By engaging PONCHIELLI TRADING SRL for design or renovation services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
PONCHIELLI TRADING SRL provides:
- Interior design consultations
- Space planning and renovation services
- Custom furniture and finish specifications
- Project management for residential/commercial projects
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate property information and measurements
- Obtain necessary permits or approvals
- Secure the worksite during renovations
- Make timely decisions to avoid project delays
3. Fees & Payments
- 50% deposit required to commence design work
- Balance due upon project completion
- Additional charges for material upgrades or scope changes
- Late payments incur 2% monthly interest
4. Project Timeline
Estimated completion dates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by:
- Client decision-making
- Material availability
- Unforeseen structural issues
may extend the timeline without liability to PONCHIELLI TRADING SRL.
5. Intellectual Property
- Design concepts remain our property until full payment
- Unauthorized reproduction of plans is prohibited
- We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing structural defects
- Damages caused by third-party contractors
- Design implementations not executed by our team
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice:
- Client forfeits deposit if terminating after design approval
- We reserve the right to terminate for non-payment or unsafe worksite conditions
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.
